This approach commits to accomplishing our clients’ missions. Here is what you get from our services:

There are four major programs that we offer to the small and medium-sized companies: BUSINESS SUPPORT PROGRAM (BSP) This is a program designed to meet all aspects of any size business. Practical advice is made available to assist owners and/or management in all areas of the business. You get access to a ‘virtual’ board of directors to get advice, counseling, and guidance or undertake any specific projects in a ‘hands-on’ capacity. The level of support is specifically defined between the owner and advisor, based on a proven model from which many businesses have benefited. A confidential review determines if this service would be supportive to the business. Under our Business Check the initial meeting and review is done at no cost or obligation. If any areas for improvement are identified, we will point the owner/manager in the right direction, using a well-developed plan to advise or guide for a stated period of time. Our Business Check will help determine your eligibility for participation in the BSP. The emphasis is on the Management Process:
This program emphasizes the Management Process, a mechanism by which management is guided and challenged to make changes and set policies which improve sales, profits, and organizational effectiveness. BUSINESS AUDIT This program is performed over a period of 40 to 80 hours, defining an in-depth, confidential business audit to identify strengths and weaknesses of the operation in a quest to move to a next level of growth. This is an operational audit that touches every area of the business. This program is not a CPA audit. The audit will establish how each operation/function of the business affects the company’s profits, cash flow, and ability to grow. In-depth findings and conclusions, with recommendations, will be submitted in a formal, written and oral presentation. It will specifically outline ways to capitalize on strengths and correct weaknesses. We will provide an implementation time-table, with recommendations for assistance and a projected summary of benefits. KEY-POINT ANALYSIS This program is a short, but effective approach to reviewing a mature business situation. The emphasis on strengths and weaknesses, as applied to business potential, is performed using a rating system. There are a number of key items that give an indication of the areas which may be draining cash, losing the customer base, preparing inaccurate financial reports, losing key employees, and not using the proper computer system. There are literally hundreds of key items which can have an impact on moving the company in the right direction. In performing this analysis, the main points are honesty and accuracy. Guidelines are based on operational deficiency and need for attention and improvement. The results will address any number of the owner’s needs relating to a pre-defined direction:
PROJECTS This program attaches to specific areas requiring immediate attention, and is governed by a scope definition, approach, time elements, and a fee. Major areas of expertise include but are not limited to business and operating plan development, computer feasibility studies, software applicability to ‘fit’ the business, cost and budget systems, telecommunication systems integration and upgrades, and management information systems.
